Thirty years ago, doctors saw patients and prescribed treatments without the patient understanding their disease. Today, many doctors involve the patient in the decision making process, and encourage them to learn as much as possible about their bodies.

When buying or selling real estate, I want my clients to understand the process as much as possible. In today’s changing market, many decisions must be made quickly. There is not always time for the client to read or understand everything they are signing.

Enter-Real Estate Workshops. These are small workshops where there is time for questions and answers.

SELLING A DISTRESSED PROPERTY

BUYING A DISTRESSED PROPERTY

THE ESCROW PROCESS

HOME INSPECTIONS

The next workshop will be on July 20th from 6 to 7 pm.  The topic is “Understanding the Contract.”  Attendees will receive copies of the contract  being used throughout California, and an explanation of how the contract works.
